Answer: Road trips

Clues: “Long” and “Drive”

An annual study on the best states for a summer road trip just came out.  And Rhode Island, America’s tiniest state, is last.

The study looked at 32 different factors in three categories: Costs, safety and how many attractions or activities there are.  Like national parks, amusement parks, beaches, lakes, and scenic drives.

According to the results, the best state for a summer road trip this year is Minnesota, partially due to it being Top Three in safety. Wisconsin is the 16th best state.

California has the most stuff to do, but it’s also the most expensive, particularly with gas.  Louisiana is the cheapest, Maine is the safest, New Mexico is the least safe and Delaware has the least stuff to do.
