Are You Prepared Conference 2025! A FREE, in-person event designed to help older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers– with preparing for the end of life. Includes free breakfast and lunch. You’ll hear from expert speakers, participate in interactive workshops, and have access to local resources – all aimed at making sure your loved ones are informed, supported and empowered. Plus, there is FREE breakfast & lunch along with giveaways.
