Answer: Road Rage
Clues: “Angry” and “Driving”
“Forbes” polled 10,000 people and found America’s most populated state also has the worst road rage.
They based it on nine different types of confrontations you can have on the road, and the number of people who’ve experienced them in the past year. Things like honking, tailgating, swearing, and being flipped off.
California has the worst road rage overall. Hawaii has the calmest drivers overall.
1. New Hampshire and Washington are the worst states for tailgating.
2. People in Utah are the most likely to cut you off on purpose, 50% and to not let you merge, 43%.
3. Missouri tosses out the most threats and insults, 34%.
4. Drivers in Arkansas are the most likely to force you off the road with their car.
5. 41% of all drivers said they’ve witnessed road rage in the past 12 months.
6. The poll found the top things that give us road rage are bad drivers, people driving too aggressively, people cutting you off and just driving around feeling stressed out by life in general.
