Clues: “Awake” and “Late”
A new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association reveals that night owls have a higher risk of heart attacks and strokes. Researchers studied data from 320,000 adults and found that night owls have a 16% higher risk of heart attacks and strokes due to diet quality, physical activity, sleep duration and nicotine exposure. Night owls are 79% more likely to have poor health than a ‘morning person’.
