Answer: Keeping our New Year’s resolution

Clues: “Maintaining” and “Goal”

The site “Wallet Hub” shared its annual list of the best and worst cities for keeping your New Year’s resolution.  They base it on 57 different metrics, like how easy it is to eat healthy and work out.  Or for financial resolutions, how easy it is to pay off debt or snag a new job.

They ran the numbers for 182 different cities.  And the best city for keeping your resolution intact is Seattle.

They also ranked each city according to four types of resolutions: Health-related,  money-related, work or school-related, and bad-habit resolutions.

Fremont, California ranked first in health and money, and also third in bad habits.  But it’s 129th for work-related resolutions.

South Burlington, Vermont is first for work-related stuff.  And Sioux Falls, South Dakota is the best place to be if you’re trying to break a bad habit.

The worst city for keeping your resolution is Jackson, Mississippi. Milwaukee ranked at 111th
