WalletHub put out a list of the 100 best places in the U.S. for Fourth of July celebrations.  They considered things like public fanfare and fireworks, affordability, activities, weather and safety and accessibility.

Los Angeles is #1.  San Francisco is #2, followed by New York City, Las Vegas, Seattle, San Diego, Orlando, Dallas, San Antonio. Milwaukee is 10th.

Smaller cities didn’t fare so well.  Birmingham, Alabama ranked the lowest.
