A website set out to come up with a list of the dirtiest cities in America. They analyzed 12.3 million sanitation-related “311” complaints placed over the past year for problems with garbage and waste.
In the end, they found Baltimore is the dirtiest city in America, with 47,295 sanitary-related complaints per 100,000 people.
