Answer: Cleanest city

Clues: “Neat” and “Washed”

A website set out to come up with a list of the dirtiest cities in America.  They analyzed 12.3 million sanitation-related “311” complaints placed over the past year for problems with garbage and waste.

In the end, they found Baltimore is the dirtiest city in America, with 47,295 sanitary-related complaints per 100,000 people.

Here’s the rest of the 10 dirtiest:

3.  Charlotte . . . 31,112 per 100,000 people.

4.  Los Angeles . . . 21,616 per 100,000K.

5.  Memphis . . . 17,408 per 100,000K.

6.  Boston . . . 10,252 per 100,000K.

7.  San Antonio . . . 8,929 per 100,000K.

8.  Kansas City . . . 8,874 per 100,000K.

9.  Buffalo . . . 8,509 per 100,000K.

10.  Dallas . . . 8,382 per 100,000K.

Of the 23 cities they included, Milwaukee is the cleanest, with just 309 sanitation complaints per 100,000 people.
