It’s Allergy Awareness Month, and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation ranked the top 100 cities in America based on how much coughing, sneezing, and wheezing they can cause. And the worst city for allergies is Wichita, Kansas.
They based it on three things: Pollen counts, sales of allergy meds and how easy it is to get an appointment with an allergy specialist.
At the other end of the list, the best city for allergies is Boston. Pollen counts are typically lower, and it’s fairly easy to see a doctor. Madison is 8th out of the top 10.
